CONS: I hate rhasphody. Real is deffinately one of the worts software companies on the planet. This mp3 player would have gotten the other half star if I could use a different program except Rhasphody.

PROS: Storage size for value. Size of player. Nice and small, and how it clips to your clothes. You dont know it's even on.
CONS: I like to use Media Player 11. I have had nothing but trouble trying to sync this device. Error code after error code. What is bad is Customer Support. They only go as far as your Sansa Disk being recognized or not by your computer.

PROS: Lightweight, drag and drop loading, no software needed. Radio works great. Easy to navigate menus.
CONS: already hate the rechargeable battery, should have got another player that runs on aa or aaa. Takes all night to charge and I am getting about 10 hours of use using the radio. Need a computer to charge via usb or you have to by a wall or car charger.

FM radio, 1gb space and a microSD slot for $12.99. Can't beat that. Runs Great and sounds great. Received on Feb 2 and have been using it everyday (for ~25 minutes/day), with zero problems and the battery only half drained. Refurb is the way to go.
