Don't bother.

This is a poorly designed MP3 player which should not have been released. If you read the Sansa forums, it's nothing but complaint after complaint. Each firmware upgrade is WORSE than the last. Poor battery life, frozen screens and buttons, especially when shuffling.. this is what you can...

Sansa View does it all

SanDisk Sansa View 16 GB Video MP3 Player (Black) I have been Anazon customer since I don't know when, never had bad experience. View is great and Amazon service is more great. Purchased unit after Christmas and recieved within three days. Matched ad and operated as described. Very satisfied.

Freezes a lot

I bought this item, in hopes of a good radio, and something cheaper then an Ipod. I put in 5 gigs of music, and after playing 5 or 6 songs the key pad would freeze for a minute at a time or so. It froze a lot, I really wanted to like this product, but the freezing got on my nerves.
