My Zen quit working for no reason whatsoever, major disappointment.
One would think that you could just add new songs without having to do 14 other things, on top of that I can't find my disc, and it won't download the "program" so I can even sync my player. I can't use it.

If this is anything like the ZenV,it is very unreliable. I would not buy anything of this brand again. one
I Bought the ZenV about two months ago. Stopped playing about a week ago. Tried going by the instructions that came with it. Nothing works. Regrets buying it. Wished i had spent a little more and bought an ipod Nano(my next purchase!).
