My Zen quit working for no reason whatsoever, major disappointment.
One would think that you could just add new songs without having to do 14 other things, on top of that I can't find my disc, and it won't download the "program" so I can even sync my player. I can't use it.

Not worthy of Crutchfield's quality reputation
Crutchfield delivered with great service as always. However, the zen stone plus only lasted 3 months before completely crashing. Not something you would expect from flash drive technology. Bottom line, Creative does not deserve to have their produ

If this is anything like the ZenV,it is very unreliable. I would not buy anything of this brand again. one
I Bought the ZenV about two months ago. Stopped playing about a week ago. Tried going by the instructions that came with it. Nothing works. Regrets buying it. Wished i had spent a little more and bought an ipod Nano(my next purchase!).
