Probably the best option, but could use a little improvement..
I got this transmitter for my iPhone to work with my Motorolla blue tooth headphoned. My experience is so so, but it's probably the best you'll get with this type of connection..

Inconsistently works with iphone
I've been trying to use the Sony TMR-BT8IP on my iphone with the Sony DR-BT21G headset. I had limited success getting it to work, but the pair regularly drops and then I'm unable to pair again. I was not able to delete the transmitter's pairing...
