Why Pay More

Does exactly what you need - charges the iPOD. Its cheaper than Apple version. It solidly built - seems to me to be the same thing. We have three iPODs from 3 generations and it worked on 4-6th with no problem. Kids threw it in the travel bag with other accessories and its worked unscathed since.

This is a great item to have if you have an Ipod. You never know when or where you will need to have it charged. Its very compact as well.
