- DVR kills the battery
A word of caution for the DVR unit. Leaving the archos 605 docked to a plugged-in DVR 24/7 will kill the battery. My 605 160gb was perfect for about a year. Then , i left it on the DVR for week straight, something i've never done...

Well, I might of rated this product higher had I not had to send it in for repair after owning it for just one month. I have read other reviews that say the DVR Station sucks. I don't think of it that strongly but the fact that it failed...

It is a bit pricey but for what it does it. It is worth every penny. I can't see a reason to buy an archos with out one.
