i haven't received my chairs yet. i did like the ease of online shopping at cymax web site. i found what i was looking for. the chairs aren't supposed to be here until sept. 18th or 19th. so send me this survey then.

Was able to find a hard to locate bar stool with these guys. Item arrived one day later than expected but that was fine. It was at a great price with free shipping and no sales tax. Would buy again.

They say they'll price match, but that's a joke... for a $200 price difference, they're lowering their price $25. Please. Plus, their return/cancellation policy is a nightmare. Return an item? Suddenly you have to pay the original shipping...
