I placed my order on the phone and the Mono Machines customer service agent took great care of me. It was quick and painless. I received a tracking number the next day and my order arrived 2 days later. Overall, a great buying experience.

I made the purchase through Google checkout. Seems that Google checkout sent me an auto confirmation of the order, then I received another email stating that the item had shipping. Everything went fine.
