CLASSIC FUNK FROMTHE 70'S
JOHNNY GUITAR WATSON HAD A LONG AND PROLIFIC, IF A BIT OVERLOOKED CAREER. HE PLAYED A LOT OF GREAT MUSIC FROM THE EARLY 50'S RIGHT UP UNTIL THE TIME HE DROPPED DEAD ONSTAGE IN JAPAN MANY YEARS LATER. THIS ALBUM IS FROM THE "FUNK" STAGE OF HIS CAREER, CIRCA 1977. AND IT IS ONE OF HIS BEST....
