The pillow is a wonderful product; exactly what we wanted. It shipped quickly and arrived on time. It was well packed so when we unwrapped it, we found it in perfect condition. Thank you so much! |

I placed an order on Sept. 4th 2009, at which time my credit card was promptly charged. The original shipment date was Sept. 11th 2009, then 16, 17, 18. I followed up daily and was not given any updates other than they would have to check with... |
