Files can be copied, edited, and stored, and can be transferred at speeds of up to 480Mbps - 40 times faster than with USB 1.1 media readers. A PCI USB 2.0 Card is included to achieve USB 2.0 speed with 2 internal 2x5 USB connectors. The HP 16-in-1 Media Card Reader with PCI Card can be easily installed into your Desktop by fitting it into a 5.25" bay. The drive also fits into a 3.5" bay by taking off the bracket. more

The reader works fine with other than HP products, which is a plus. Vista regonized it right off. Can be mounted in either a 5 1/4 bay or a 3.5 bay. Another plus, if your motherboard doesn't have the USB pin header, a PCI card is uncluded.

Product couldn't have installed any easier on XP, no drivers to mess with, just plug in the card, route the cord, and bolt down the reader frame. installed fairly easily - I chose this product so I would be certain I had the appropriate...

Installed, worked for a few days and then each drive stopped working (one at a time). First to go was the USB drive. Not worth your time and money
