- Good for using it as a supplement
The book is effective if using it as a supplement to a course about statistics. I found it very useful and it has vast share of information that it is even recommendable to people who deal dealy with statistics.

This book is sloppily edited, with numerous typos in the equations. Page 91 has two symbolic errors plus a text error.Overbar omitted twice on page 19 giving a nonsensical formula Z = (X - X)/s
