I do tons of walking in my work, and I'm constantly going up and down flights of stairs. I can take asprin, but usually the only thing that will help is staying on the couch for a day or two. For obvious reasons, that's not always...

I bought this therapy wrap, to aleviate some of my chronic leg pains that I have had. As a hot/cold therapy product, it works pretty darn well.. I cannot say anything about the magnets in them as I think they are more for make belief...

There is almost no scientific evidence supporting magnet therapy. Magnets can't affect human blood, because the iron in our blood simply isn't ferromagnetic. If blood were actually affected by magnetic fields, MRI machines would destroy...
