so far so good. won't have lights installed for a few more weeks,but still have had a positive experience with lightingdirect.

The 4 light chandelier looked exactly as pictured. It arrived within a week of ordering. The description was a little misleading. It was advertised as antique brass, but it had more of a satin or brushed brass finish. Beautiful, nonetheless.

Excellent way to shop

I am happy thus far. The crystals were missing on my two sconces that I ordered. I called and they said they would send them to me. I will wait at this time and see if they arrive. I will take it a face value that they will follow thru.

I did recieve an incorrect item and awaiting resolution of that issue.
