PROS: Best Picture quality I?ve ever seen on any TV set, Thin as a Nano I-pod, the finest looking TV set, Internet Connection, DNLA features, 120hz Auto Motion and the price on these sets have gone down dramatically over the past few months.

CONS: The only con that I can see on this TV but not a big issue to me is the darn auto dimming. The screen gets dark when viewing dark images in order to get the darkest blacks possible, it gets a bit distracting sometimes but not a huge issue to me

PROS: (1) Thin (1.2") construction vs approx 4" for conventional CCFT backlighting. (Average life of LED vs. CCFT is about the same.)

CONS: (1) It's NOT an LED-TV. It's an LCD-TV that used LED's for backlighting. (2) Way overprived for what you get. ( Expect to pay 2x, 3x more LED backlighting.) (3) LED's are not trouble free, as many belive. Many "die" early.

PROS: Produces relatively deep black levels; accurate color; very good dejudder processing; sleek styling with 1.2-inch thick panel; extensive feature set with Yahoo widgets, network streaming, and a lot of built-in content; extremely energy-efficient.

CONS: Expensive; less-uniform screen than other LCDs; poor off-angle viewing; backlight fluctuates with program brightness; dark areas tinged bluer; shiny screen can cause reflections in bright rooms; red frame isn't for everyone.

PROS: Rich preloaded media content. Ability to do MKV, WMA almost all video format, Photos and music playback.Good 5.1 sound system with built in sub-woofer in this 1.3 inch think screen.Plenty of HDMI, 2USBs and easy to setup(provided that you can read.)

CONS: The startup music is a little too loud, I still try to figure out how to turn it off. No S-VHS adapter, not enough power to support two western digital 500GB passport hd, can't paly back RMVB or Quicktime clips.
