PROS: 2 months after the sharp factory warrenty expired i started having problems with my tv. the volume button on my remote doesnt work at all, and now my tv wont turn on AT ALL. the only thing i see it 2 flashing lights on the front of my tv.

CONS: Great picture quality, when the tv works. lots of good features on the tv, just not a good qualitly tv at all

PROS: Beautiful design and great feature set. It has great colors and does wonderful with HD signals...except...

CONS: Don't get it if you want to watch football or hockey. With fast motion of the camera as in watching a fast play down the field the banding shows up terrible. To the point of being very distracting.

PROS: Reproduces deep black levels; accurate color, commendable picture uniformity for an LCD; very good dejudder processing; extensive feature set with Yahoo Widgets, network streaming and built-in content; solid connectivity with four HDMI and one PC input.

CONS: Somewhat expensive; benefits of 240Hz difficult to discern; dark areas tinged bluer; shiny screen can cause reflections in bright rooms; no S-Video inputs.

poor quality so far

First set recieved had a display issue where any area of the screen not refreshing (ex: black letterbox borders) would display VERY noticable vertical blue lines. Set #2 has a malfunctioning line of vertical pixels. Set #3 is on it's way.

Amazing picture quality

Even from video sources like DVD and 480i satellite tv, the picture quality is beautiful. Ease of use is only average, but that's because there are so many options. Good sound, but volume up/down is a little slow. Non-adjustable stand.

PROS: Web TV Widgets included. News, sports, weather, traffic, games, and a widget called ScreenDreams, including high definition images from space, beahces, forrests, and mountain ranges. No color calibration needed out of the box. A++ Energy efficient.

CONS: Sound out of the speakers is not good. You will definitely need a Home Theatre System. Reflective Screen, a non glossy finish may have been nicer. High glossy finish on the frame of the TV makes it susceptible to fingerprints and denting.
