PROS: very clear and crisp picture, reasonable price ($299.00) after rebate. has surround, hall, concert etc settings making for some nice sound.
CONS: Backlight adjustment is greyed out, tilt adjustment on stand so sitting the picture is darker and the more you get above straight on view the brighter it gets. Standing up and looking at it at waist high it looks grainy.

you must switch the tv on only after your device has been activated or you may get the fuzzy-snow-screen.

It has *only* two hdmi(s).

Audio is good and so is the picture.

The TV is great, clear picture, vivid and bright. The only problem I have is 1080i is actually down converted to 720 which actually makes the color bleed a little. So you really should go no higher than 720p which is just fine for a TV this size....
