This is my second Samsung LCD purchase in 14 months. The picture quality is excellent. But the sound is low budget....I was really disappointed. It's too much of a hassle to pack it all up and ship it back, so I just kept it. It's for the kids...

The $935 (as of April 22, 2009) Samsung LN37A550 is a good choice for someone seeking an adequate, not-too-expensive 37-inch HDTV that requires minimal setup. The input connections are easy to get to, the on-screen menus are well designed and helpful

PROS: Amazing Image quality, No problemes whatsoever....
CONS: Haven't had any problems with it except for what happen after the geeksquad came to calibrate tv. Also sound is not the best, but then again, if you're able to buy this TV I'm sure you can pony up for a nice surround sound sytem.

Great Picture BUT your other remotes may not work
When the tv is on, there is so much interference that our other remote controls wont work. So, we cant control our cable, or DVR by remote. Samsung hasnt been able to fix it, or authorize an upgrade to the 950 or downgrade to the 750. We will...
