If you are taking a UCC course, buy this book. You will not find a more lucid analysis of the Code.

This is the book on the UCC
When I was in Law School, while in practice, while a member of the Uniform Law Commission, and while a member of the Michigan State Senate, THIS is the book I've reached for when I needed to understand the UCC.
