"Performance is not bad, but could be improved."
I would not reccommend this because the performance is not that good compared to other laptops in the same class, espiecially against the macbooks. Also, it is a little over priced.

Defective media buttons
Very nice look and feel but I had to return it, the media buttons did not work, tried everything (drivers update, reinstalling the whole software, etc)but nothing. Apart from that, it is a solid performer for the price.

PROS: Good basic laptop of surfing the internet, downloading & playing music.
CONS: The biggest issue with the laptop is the exterior casing/backing for the LCD Screen. The backing is not firm -- very soft. I had to replace the LCD becasue the pixels became dammaged.
