If you're in the market for a new macbook pro this model should definitely be considered. It has equal specs to the new 17" macbook pro (minus the battery life and native resolution; 1440X900 on the 15" and (1920X1200) on the 17".

PROS: Feels very light to carry around (approx. 5.5 lbs). It has a beautiful bright crispy screen. Has enough under the hood to handle anything you throw at it. Definitely recommended for users who want power and portability.
CONS: Battery life is only 3 hours when screen brightness is very high. 50% brightness will get you more time. Although the native resolution works fine for this screen size, it would have been nice to have a higher resolution option (like 1920x1200).
