PROS: Compact and light weight.
CONS: Poor Manufacturing, Unable to open cover to replace the RAM. Many other reviews have similar cases for hardware defects blamed on the customer. They will not admit to manufacturing defects. Customer Care Department does not help.

PROS: I love everything about this laptop. Some people complain about the hidden ports but I like them covered because I carry this around in my purse and backpack. It's nice to know the ports won't get trashed with the tough love I give it.
CONS: Less then two months into having it the power supply died. Multiple calls to tech support and I finally get a supervisor that admits they don't have any for warranty repairs. They're hoping to get more from Taiwan at the end of the next month. Damn

PROS: AFAIG, The HP is a really nice unit. Better in some respects than any other current netbook. But the battery life sucks and who cares about an Expresscard slot as long as it has USB ports? A netbook should be lite, mobile and cheap.
CONS: Overpriced for the genre. Lousy battery capacity. Samsung set the standard at close to 8 hours (at least that's what I'm getting).and I believe ASUS or Acer now have a higher capacity unit.

After the 2GB RAM upgrade, this is quite an excellent machine. I chose this over all the others for the battery life, and it doesn't disappoint. Maybe it's just me, but I've always had difficulty with connecting bluetooth stereo headphones to noteboo

PROS: First, battery life. Performance quite decent. Weight is good in comparison to battery life. Keyboard is good with a second fn key at the bottom right to use with the arrow/directional keys (a def plus!). 3 USB ports. Small size brick of an adaptor.
CONS: A little thick in a present thin notebook world. Fan a little noisier than I'd like, but quieter than my full size notebook. 1GB RAM not enough with XP in today's world.
