PROS: Gorgeous display gives fantastic videos, lots of disk space, dual core, medium speed graphics that displays Stellarium and Google Earth very well. While VISTA was a constant problem Kubuntu 9.04 Jaunty slips on like a silk glove and runs perfectly.
CONS: No latch for the display. Not a CON but understand that this is NOT a gamer laptop. It will, however, give excellent results with DVD videos, most hires graphics programs, etc...

PROS: Clear screen visibility, very fast loading (when plugged), spacing of the keys, HDMI output, tons of built-in features, price.
CONS: Battery life not what was expected, some movies flicker (with basic entry level graphics), still pretty heavy, usual bloatware VAIOs come with.
