CONS: Did not get what I paid for, and was unable to get what I paid for after probably 200 hours on the phone with customer service operators on a bad phone connection in India, a connection which would cut off after an hour of pointless parroting.

PROS: Great screen visibility, long battery life, comfortable keypad, convenient keyboard light, integrated restore function
CONS: wireless locks up and Lenovo knows it, fingerprint software refuses correct passwords and Lenovo knows it, can only replace HD with Lenovo hard drives (this is by Lenovo design). Miserable customer service.
