Good lables, poor keyboard setup

I like the labels and options, but the keypad is set up in alphabetical order rather than standard keyboard order. Perhaps this would be good for somebody that doesn't know how to type, but it slows me down.

Worked great, until it burned out

While this product worked (3 months of continuous usage) it worked quite well and I was very happy with it. Until today, I noticed a strange smell, and saw the label maker smoldering!!! I think the heat element which is part of the printer failed and burned out, causing the device to melt.It was...
