unable to track shipment overall good experience

I am less than thrilled with the fact that I have to pay to have this heavy printer returned to LACC when it is not my fault at all that it arrived and does not work. That is less than good customer service, at best.

Do not DEAL with LACC. They are a company that sells used and refubished products to unsuspecting customers as new. Try calling the manufacturer and asking if the product you recieved was new. They are also part of a company called Penguin Express. D

The product is fine, works as expeected, and the price was decent. Shipping was a little slow, compared to other vendors I've used. There's no reason I should have to fill out a survey to confirm that I received my item (that's what tracking numbers

Everything was great. The printer works great--I had to get a driverm, but that was expected. The only thing I didn't like was that on the website yall said that there was a cartridge included (used) and my printer didn't come with one. I am still ha
