It's always a positive experience. Finding what you want, ordering, and delivery is exceptional. I did have trouble with one order, called the 800 number, the rep put the order through for me and all was well. You couldn't ask for better service. |

The men's clothing line at L.L. Bean is excellent. The women's line is as well although as a petite woman I am something disappointed that there isn't a greater variety offered. Sometimes even the petite lengths are a bit long. On the whole, merch |
