Prices are great, but there was no order confirmation email or any way to track your order. 2 of my items were 1-2 weeks out, but I would never have known that had I not emailed the site to find out what was going on with my order. Also no way... |

They seem to be a good company and they were very responsive to my last survey which I appreciated and to me that deserves an excellent rating. The only thing I would suggest is to let the customer know in the shopping cart area or before if there... |

an email was received March 18th saying the product was back-ordered and would take some time to get them to us. the status form, accessed today, still says it will ship in 1-2 weeks. i'm not happy. |

My order was drop shipped from the manufacturer. So my credit card was billed over four weeks before the product actually arrived. |
