Unless the quality of the contact points for the m and i keys is just abysmal, I have to stab both hard to get them to work, even with the keyboard new. :(

Excellent keyboard, however the title "3 PK", price (over $200) and shipping weight (17 lbs) lead me to believe it was a "3 pack" of OEM keyboards, but this only arrives as one unit.

This keyboard is horrible. The keys feel unusually rubbery and will stick if not pressed straight down. That fine for hunt-and-peck typing but useless otherwise.
