Pretty good, could be better

I've had this setup a couple of years, the 8000 mouse is pretty darn good but I generally find it too laggy for fast action gaming (my logitech g7 is fast enough but that's built especially for gaming and it's not bluetooth). Generally no issues with this, I rarely use the keyboard so the...

Good, but not quite perfect

Pros: Installation and configuration were a snap. Range is excellent.Cons: keyboard occasionally lags or dups keys (not too often). Pseudo mouse pad concept is slick, but works so poorly as to be unusable -- thus figure on using the included mouse. On balance, happy to have it.

"One of the Best keyboards, need to get use to the curve"

Microsoft Entertainment bluetooth keyboard and mouse 7000 is the best. Even 8000 model with the keyboard rechargeable feature is un-necessary. Up to now, this 7000 set is still the best, but you will have to get use to the v-shape curve. I hope th

Functional, easy to use Keyboard

I selected this keyboard for simple fact it was the smallest or most streamline I could find. I try to reduce clutter as much as possible in my work space so this fits the bill. I never use number pad so I don't miss it. After about a month it is performing well and I have no regrets. I would...

Not for real use

This might be an OK keyboard for home media use, where you use it very little... granted I don't know how you would use a mouse in a situation like that though. But as a daily keyboard, this just doesn't cut it. It has a very awkward feel to it. The slight curve on the keyboard isn't ergonomic...

great, until the function keys stopped working

Great keyboard, comfortable - loved the little mousepad. Was great for browsing from the couch, and integrated well with Media Center. The mouse is also comfortable, stylish, with a side buttons for added functions.Too bad all the touch-sensitive keys on the keyboard (look closely, this includes...

Terrible!

I bought this product to replace an existing non-Bluetooth wireless keyboard/mouse set, as well as an existing Bluetooth PC receiver I used with a couple of audio headsets.Long story short, the Microsoft receiver either wouldn't pair to my existing Bluetooth devices, or it would pair and they...

Great wireless set

I've been using the Microsoft Wireless Entertainment Desktop 7000 for a month now, and I have to say it works very well. I haven't noticed the slightest reception problem, bluetooth works great. Setup was very easy.Being able to look for a movie or a TV shown to watch online, from the comfort...

Only for the living room!

Look at the keyboard layout very carefully before buying this keyboard. It is bluetooth and perhaps meant only for applications like media center PCs hooked up to your TV with the keyboard on your coffee table. For that sort of application it is probably pretty good with bluetooth and a...
