Great selection at great prices. However, I soon learned they do not stock everything listed on their website. My flatware order, heavy duty tongs, and all my Polar Ware items came from the manufacturer. This caused some delays, but only for 2... |

i had a great experience with this company and how great it was to get an actual person on the phone! i ordered a large piece of restaurant equipment and I was contacted the same day i placed my order with my freight truck tracking number. better... |

I ordered a cream whipper and was very pleased at the price and shipping. KaTom had the lowest legitimate price that I could find (a couple websites offered it for a couple buck less but all the reviews for those sites complained about never... |

they charge too much for re-stocking and offer no deals in shipping if you want to exchange the product. |
