The box describes steel ball bearings AND the photo shows them too. But guess what ?........ there are NO meatal bearings at all. Therefore, the "weight" is absent and the actual length of this jump rope is only 8 ft. instead of 9 ft. Too...

First the box said it has ball bearings, which is a lie.

2nd, the rubber plugs come off very easily.

3rd, it's pretty short. I'm 6 foot and I have to make sure to keep my hands low or else.
