I much appreciate the call I got stating that the HP labels I wanted had a long leed time, I was offered the opportunity to purchase custom printed labels for the same price and have them here sooner. |

I order supplies on the internet all the time. It felt like it took several days before you shipped my order. If I'd known it was going to take that long I would have ordered the cleaning tapes from Quill and had them the next day. |

This was the first time I have ever purchased an item online (which is quite often) that I was contacted by phone to make sure every was working well and to make sure I was happy with my purchase. This was an expensive purchase and I appreciated that |
