the seller never got back to me I even gave my cell number out still hopeing to get my money back. Amazon should ban the seller from the site looks like I am one of many.

Not ready for prime time...
I have a new 160gb classic Ipod with the latest firmware and the Ipod randomly pauses songs for 2 seconds and then resumes. MANY people have this problem and none (that I have been able to find) have gotten useful help or hope from Apple. See this...

I was a little cautious about ordering the i Pod after reading some of the negative reviews. But, it is the largest hard drive on the market and I need the storage room. So, I placed the order and crossed my fingers.
