I placed an order for 2 ink cartridges. I never received any product. I've placed several orders with Iowa Ink, and they all showed up on time. This time, nothing. And that's what I will be ordering from them in the future, nothing. |

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER AS OF 09/09/09. THIS ORDER WAS PLACED ON 08/04/09. I WILL NO LONGER ORDER FROM IOWAINK OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. |

I tried to contact the company about my delayed order but never got a response execept the automatic response for opening a missing item ticket. A PayPal dispute was the only way anything happened. |

Order placed and confirmed Aug.24, 2009. As of Sept.2, 2009, no product, no notification of shipping, nothing. Tried to contact by phone & email to no avail. Finally resolved thru PayPal refund. |
