Communist songs
I bought this CD thinking it was going to have good Nationalist (Falange) music. However it was old songs and mostly the Spanish republican (traitors) oriented. It was very disappointing, and I didn't bother to send it back, I just dumped it in the garbage were it belongs with all the other left...

A Piece of History
My father was one of those Spanish refugees who scaped to Mexico after the Spanish Civil War. I remember that same record playing many times at home. It is an historical recording that should be preserved.

Its a same that you include a political review as a musical evaluation of this record. this music is for folk students or historical archive music lovers. If this songs was singing for the republicans is not relevant about the review.
