The worst product and service I have ever encountered!

When I got this mouse it didn't work. I called customer service at Gear Head, which was a nightmare in itself, just waiting to talk to someone. They told me that the charger/usb and the actual mouse weren't talking to each other, and to send it...

convient but sometimes a hassle

When i bount this mouse i was surprised at how the batteries chargede through the USB port in your computer. i did like the troubleshoot option for the mouse's signal and how it would sleep when not in use or teh on/off switch but it barely work...
