Mine works great with Vista, plugged it in and went to work. I didn't read reviews before my purchase (not like me), so didn't even notice it was a HAND-HELD. Great concept (mine's new, so not broken yet) and wonderful for mouse-driven programs....

Like other reviews, this would be a really great product if it wasn't so cheaply constructed. If they made the body out of aluminum and used better bearings to keep the ball in place, this would be a great product.
