Expensive per page, losing print quality

Always go with manufacturer toner
The key to longer printer life is use of original manufacturer toner. I have not deviated from this and my little Samsung ML1710 has been "bullet-proof". I've gone through 6 cartridges now and the printer is like the "little-engine that could"....

It's OK
Simple user report: we get about 1,500 sheets per ml-1710 with text and some graphics. Thats about $0.05 per sheet (at $80 per drum).

Always use ONLY original replacement parts!
To save money, I have foolishly attempted in the past to use both "remanufactured" and "generic" replacement cartridges for this and other printers--only to find that the toner/ink leaks or the printing results are terrible. There's only one way...
