This is a nice book for new managers or wanna be managers. Almost all of the illustrations are simple and easy to relate to. It's very simple to read. This book is a great start prior to moving on to other management books.

This is one of the better, more down-to-earth books I have read relating to first-time managers. It is an easy read... and most importantly offers a number of real-world tips.
