PRACTICAL guide for supplementing your jiu-jitsu!
Since it has been a subject of great discussion with this book, here are my thoughts on the pot-smoking diatribe Eddie provides. Most people had 3 reactions to it: a)had a problem with it, b)had no problem with it, c)didn't care.
