- Don't Have It? Get It!
Simply one of the greatest albums of the 80s; a true hidden treasure of sorts, and one of my all time favorite bands. Anyone I turned this album onto loved it. Also, on a bit of an odd note, Riot has the song "Run For Your Life" on this...

- RIOT- 5 STAR RN'R!
Has it really been 27 years since this classic rock album was released?!?! I heard Swords and Tequila on the radio back in 81' and bought FDU the next day. This was my rav-up album every Friday night for a long time. Every track is raw...

- Good, but no masterpiece
"Fire down under" from 1981 is often regarded as Riot's finest. I'm sorry to say, but I don't quite agree, I think both "Rock city" (1977) and "Restless breed" (1982) are slightly better. But that doesn't mean that "Fire down under" is...

- Riot - Fire Down Under
Two out of five stars for the music ONLY! My vinyl transfer sounds better than the CD version. The mix seems to feature a lead hi-hat. Very little low end. A spectrun analysis revealed how bably this thing was "remixed". I still like the...
