Unreliable
Bought mine from a local retailer -- seemed great at first, but spontaneously drops traffic every so often for no reasons what so ever. The ports literally die and I am forced to power cycle it various times in order to get it working again -- or...

Went from 10 down to 20 down by swapping out to this
I spent 4 days on the phone with Linksys and then I swapped to this and a DLink switch and my fios line now gives me measurable and reliable 20 MB down rather than the 10 that Linksys was providng. That is just the objective reality in my house....
