Great Switch!
For a switch under $100 you can't beat this. 48 ports, 100mbit, and it fits on my desk nicely! I've used it for a few LANs at my house and never had a problem. Most ports I've used simultaneously is about 18-21. Haven't maxed it out, yet ;)
PROS: Small size, 10/100, Durable casing
CONS: Wasn't gigabit ;)

24 port Switch
This unit is very small footprint. Quick and easy setup with QoA which is key for Voip. Lights on each port make this unit easy to diagnose where your issues may lie. Overall I would recommend this to any one looking for a cheap 24-port switch
PROS: easy to use, compact, visually appealing
CONS: none so far
