Excellent Hub, does everything a hub should. But if you're looking to start a small business I really wouldn't recommend purchasing this. A simple network switch should do the trick.

CONS: Speed, inability to auto detect port speeds.

We purchased our first two 3300 switches about a year ago added two more this fall. These are very reliable devices. We did have to replace one after a lightning strike hit a tree less than 50 feet from our building but I'm not holding that against
