Useful, no new science
I bought this book because I thought my situation was desperate!!! By reeading this book I found out that I was much better of than most people, and in a much better situation than the examples she writes about in this book.

Common sense
Most of the ideas in here were obvious, common sense things. I suppose if you are a young, first time mother this might be helpful. There were a couple of things that helped, but overall nothing I hadn't heard before.
