Horse. com sent my order to the wrong shipping address. Their computer errer. I had to take off work 2 hours to go pick the order up. When I called and ask for a shipping charge refund the customer service rep said "NO REFUND" I asked... |

Everything we ordered was as expected except one item, it was not as described on thier website. Arrived as a different brand, different dimensions, not as described online. When we called about this they told us there is a "disclaimer"... |

Be careful if you actually want an item quickly from Country Supply (horse.com). Their order systems do not work as advertised, and when they screw up, they are completely unwilling to do what right to get items shipped within the promised... |
