I ordered a toilet and the order form asked me about the color of the toilet seat, but I did not receive a toilet seat. So, either I ordered it and it didn't come, or I was unclear about whether it was part of my order and it was confusing. |

Has a large selection at fair prices, BUT a 15% on returns instead of a flat rate is exorbant with a $2000.00 order. I won't order anything expensive again. |

There was some difficulty with the Fed-Ex delivery. They mixed up delivery dates and said they didn't have the item and couldn't deliver on the day I took off work. They later corrected themselves and it was delivered but not without some... |
