Very easy to set up.
Had no clue about home theater systems but have bought several Panasonic products and always had good service with them. I really like this sound system and it really has made our tv sound much better.

Not real wireless
Didn't even finish install when I found that the 'wireless' rear speakers had to be attached to a set that required an electrical hookup also.
