not as good as the .5" component speakers in the same series, the Dryver or Chopper series would be better, overall handle power pretty well, not sure about 250 RMS, id say maybe 50 RMS not much higher...

Absolute junk, Very cheap and brittle particle board construction that fell apart after 3 gigs. Connector jack plates defective. 1 speaker had the crossover hooked up backwards and speakers blew out running with 250w rms for 2 hours.
